General FAQs

All food will be halal and mainly vegetarian. As we will be working with an external caterer we cannot confirm that additional dietary requirements will be met. However, there will be some food vendors open across the QUT campus during both conference days. If you have any specific allergies, please get in touch with the conference team. A welcome reception for attendees  will be held  after the completion of Day One.

Please contact us if you require an interpreter for the event.

If you have a disability and require assistance or more information regarding access to the venue, please get in touch with us.

RAPPP 2020 is a public event. However, if you have any specific media concerns as a participant to this event, we will endeavor to inform any formal media of this by allocating you with a specific colored lanyard. You will be prompted to inform the Conference team of your concerns as part of your ticket registration.
