Olivia is an Associate in Russell Kennedy’s Pro Bono Practice and Public Law Litigation and Aged Care (PLLAC) Practice. Olivia has experience representing Victorian Government departments in both personal injury litigation and coronial inquests. As RK’s dedicated Pro Bono Lawyer, Olivia has a significant Pro Bono practice with a focus on issues surrounding citizenship and judicial review for asylum seekers. She has represented clients at the Department and Tribunal levels, and in the Federal Courts and High Court. Olivia volunteers with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Darebin Community Legal Centre and coordinated the RK and ASRC clinic, which provided advice to asylum seekers going through the fast track process. Olivia has collaborated with the Refugee Council of Australia on strategic litigation.
